The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to Deutsche Post or Hermes for shipping. We endeavor to adhere to the specified delivery times. However, these are not binding. You will be informed immediately in the event of delivery delays. If one of the items you have ordered is not in stock in our online shop, this will not affect the delivery of the remaining items. Missing items will not be delivered at a later date. The amount will of course be refunded if payment has already been made. Claims for damages due to delayed or non-delivery are excluded.
